*Registration fee does not include accommodation fee. Therefore, the following table is only for accommodation at the Sherwood Dreams Resort Hotel (Ultra All-Inclusive). Note that the accommodation fee does not include fee of the registration to conference, too. These accommodation fees will only be valid for conference participants and their accompanying persons, provided that the participant fills out the conference registration form and the relevant accommodation section and sends the wet signed version of the form at the link below:

Accommodation Fee does not include Charges/Commissions of Money Transfer Transaction (if paid by bank transfer).
During the conference, Day trip only, no overnight stay € 85.
These accommodation prices are valid for 2 days before and 2 days after the conference.
Participants who want to enter the conference hotel for the day just to make presentation, without accommodation, must pay a hotel entrance fee of 85 Euros (per person). Each entry and exit will require the same payment since the conference venue is an ultra-all-inclusive hotel. Lunch is included in the hotel entrance fee. In addition, by paying the hotel entrance fee, all hotel activities can be enjoyed between 09:00-18:00, but alcoholic beverage consumption in bars is excluded.
